This is an original sumi-e feng shui painting of 9 koi fish and lotus flowers, in Japanese ink and natural pigments on rice paper.

Koi Fish mean luck and good fortune in Japan. They also are associated with perseverance in adversity and strength of purpose, the Koi fish symbolize good luck, abundance and perseverance. Today the fish are considered to be symbolic of advancement materially and spiritually. In Feng Shui, the 9 Koi Fish Painting is associated with wealth and abundance.
